4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Parcel weight
- Delivery method selected
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery Responsibility
All orders are shipped exclusively through Australia Post.
Fabulous Closet is responsible for your order until it is marked as delivered by Australia Post to the address provided at checkout.
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:
- We are not responsible for failed delivery.
- Additional shipping fees for re-delivery may apply.
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
If your parcel:
- Is confirmed lost in transit by Australia Post, or
- Arrives visibly damaged due to courier handling
You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
- Your order number
After verification, we will offer either:
- A replacement (subject to availability), or
- A full refund
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible.
7. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

8. Delivery Confirmation
Once an order is marked as delivered by Australia Post:
